The City of Pocatello invites interested parties to submit Proposals for the City of Pocatello's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).

In 2021 the City of Pocatello adopted its long-range plan, Comprehensive Plan 2040: Our Valley | Our Vision, to identify the City's priority goals as well as strategies to achieve those goals.

The purpose of the CIP is to identify:

• capital projects and their alignment with priority needs and goals including the Comprehensive Plan;
• estimated cost of projects;
• estimated cost of maintenance of projects;
• timeframe for completion of projects;
• the financial plan to adequately fund and resource those projects;
• and investment strategy to guide the funding needs.
