We are seeking a motivated intern, preferably a master's student in urban planning (preferred), urban design, or architecture, to join our team. The intern will work closely with our technical product engineering team to review site plans produced by our product, providing detailed feedback and instructing the team on necessary adjustments. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough reviews of site plans to ensure they meet US planning and zoning standards.
• Communicating directly with the product engineering team to identify and guide corrections and improvements.
• Assisting with email communications and providing insights on site plan and zoning basics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's level coursework or experience in urban planning (preferred), urban design, or architecture.
• Strong grasp of US planning fundamentals, including site plans and zoning.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and convey information clearly.
