The Sizemore Group is looking for a planner/project manager to join our team and help us in our mission of creating cultural places and beautiful spaces. Candidate should have a minimum of 8 years in the planning field and experience in project management. This position requires hands-on interaction with communities, stakeholders, and clients. Candidate must have very strong communication skills: graphic, verbal and written, plus ability to facilitate public meetings. Analytical skills, technical understanding of zoning and land use principles and demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers and lead interns. Specific tasks may include project management, community participation, master planning and design, documentation, and creation of graphics.

Individual should be detail oriented, a self-starter who has experience leading and managing planning projects (master plans, comprehensive plans, etc.) from inception to completion.

Must lead in knowledge of GIS, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illlustrator, and InDesign.

Years of experience: 8 years minimum

Education: Master of City & Regional Planning or similar; AICP certified

Added assets: Experience or background in architecture, interest in town center planning, campus planning, arts and culture, community placemaking, comprehensive plans, and engagement in professional related organizations; skillsets in AutoCAD or REVIT, Sketch-up, Lumion.
