The village's zoning code permits roof-mounted solar energy systems in all districts subject to standards; ground-mounted and commercial solar energy systems (i.e., systems with rated capacities of 500 kW or greater) require conditional use approval in all districts (§153.606). Performance and design standards relate to location, height, and appearance.
