The city's Sustainability Plan includes renewable energy-related goals in its Resource Conservation goal area. It lists "increase in % of renewable energy" as an indicator (p. 27) and includes a solar energy action item to facilitate installation of new residential and commercial systems citywide (Action Item 1.1.8, p. 28).
