Solar Energy

In the Community Plan's Resource Conservation section of the Environment Element, the potential for increasing the use of solar and renewable energy is listed as a "key issue" (p. 77). Goals include implementing incentives or regulations to promote energy-efficient site design and building features, and incorporating the use of renewable energy sources into city facilities and programs (p.78).
