Introducing Planning Concepts to Nonplanners

This guide is intended to help planners, teachers, and other local leaders design and implement educational activities for students and citizens. Individual modules cover an introduction to planning, the changing face of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania planning toolbox, living in communities, protecting land resources, public lands, and conservation activities. While aimed primarily at students, local officials, and citizens in Pennsylvania, most of the activities are readily adaptable to other states.
