Design Review

These design guidelines for the city's downtown commercial district were developed as part of the city's Main Street program for the historic downtown area dating from the mid-1800s. The guidelines address building design (size and proportion, façade elements, materials, mechanical/electrical items); signs and displays; maintenance for site, buildings, and graphics; and site design (building context and location, and streetscape elements).
