The city’s zoning ordinance sets its long-term bicycle parking requirement within the automobile parking standards, both by use and as a ratio to short term bicycle parking standards (§25.16.03; see also §25.16.09(2)). The storage requirements share rack design and circulation standards with short-term parking, and have additional requirements for the storage room or space.
