Grayfields Reuse and Redevelopment

This subarea plan looks at multiple subareas, with the Erskine Hills Sub-Area including a mall redevelopment goal. Redevelopment in this subarea will be assisted through the creation of a sales tax increment finance district capable of generating $20 million over 20 years. Design standards will be developed by a Design Review Administrator, and a new overlay zone for the larger plan area will be created and implemented.
