Zoning Reform and Code Writing

This model unified development code provides a template to help cities in Colorado draft land-use and development regulations. Individual articles address general provisions, community design principles and development standards, zoning, subdivision regulations, vesting of property rights, enforcement, sign regulations, floodplain areas, RV parks, historic landmarks and districts, manufactured home parks, and annexation. It also includes a workbook to assist with drafting and adoption.
