Design Review

The city's zoning code addresses design review regulations (§45-010 et seq.) for commercial, office, industrial, and warehouse buildings in business, industrial, and mixed use districts to establish a design identity for the city's primary entry corridors and gateways leading to the downtown historic core and for designated activity centers. The code designates which zoning districts require minimum design review and establishes additional design requirements for certain overlay districts (§45-020).  It describes submission requirements (§45-060) and provides minimum design review standards (§45-070).
