Design Review

The city's zoning code addresses design review (§25.05.040). It includes an intent and purpose statement and lists projects subject to design review as well as exceptions. The city also offers an administrative design review process for minor projects. The code lists application requirements and describes the design review process. It incorporates the city's Design Guidelines by reference and lists design review criteria.
