The city offers three tracks of design review: a Design Review Compliance Letter for minor projects that meet design standards; a  Design Review Two process for projects that seek to meet design standards; and a Design Review Three process for projects that seek to meet design guidelines. The guide provides an extensively illustrated set of design review concepts and examples and explains how the processes work.
