Design Review

The village requires administrative design review for all property with frontage on any major street and all property within the village center zoning district, as well as other nonresidential development projects subject to site plan or conditional use review. This manual offers a definition of design review;  why it’s necessary, where it’s necessary, and what triggers a design review; and an illustrated set of design standards and definitions list.
