Design Review

The county offers two design review guidebooks, one for residential projects and one for commercial (nonresidential) projects. The guidebooks describe the general review procedure for the full review process, describes what projects are subject to design review, and lists objectives for assessment as well as design review elements. It also provides information on public notification requirements along with a sample notification letter, and includes maps of the design review areas, a submittal requirements checklist, and an application.
