Design Review

These design guidelines for the city's downtown area communicate the expectations of the city's Downtown Design Review Board for projects within the downtown area to preserve and enhance existing historic character. They address building site, parking, architectural attributes, signage, and lighting. Appendices provide a flowchart of the design review application process and a glossary, as well as DRB contact information.
