Design Review

This design manual offers design criteria and associated guidelines to allow for creative, imaginative design that preserves the historic and pedestrian character of the city's downtown. The guide lists submittal requirements for sign and project review. It provides overarching design principles for new construction, restoration and rehabilitation, pedestrian-oriented design, and trademark building design, as well as illustrated design guidelines for a wide range of specific elements. It also provides the city's design review ordinance, along with a glossary.
