Design Review

These citywide design guidelines, based on a community visual preference survey, address Rivertown, commercial, business park, mixed use, and residential development as well as signage, streetscape, and sustainability. They are applicable to all new projects except for single-family residences within an existing subdivision, and are used in the city's development review process. They are both qualitative and quantitative. The guide describes how the design guidelines relate to general plan goals; each chapter provides extensive illustrated design guidelines in the areas listed above.
