Design Review

This manual was developed through a collaborative process including a visual preference survey to guide the city's future development and redevelopment in accordance with the city's comprehensive plan. It includes a glossary, and provides design guidelines for mixed use and infill development in the city's Urban Overlay District; mixed use and infill development in the city's Suburban Overlay District; development in the Rural Overlay District; and gateways. It also describes the site design and architectural review process. The guidelines are extensively illustrated with photographs.
