Design Review

These design guidelines for citywide application to nonresidential and mixed use development were developed with public input to complement design requirements enumerated in other planning and policy documents for specific areas.  The document contains 19 guidelines, divided into four categories: context fit, pedestrian friendliness, visual attractiveness, and sustainable design. The guidelines are extensively illustrated with photographs.
