The city has developed a number of separate planning and design guidelines for various types of development within the city, including development along traditional and arterial main streets, drive-throughs and gas stations, greenfield neighborhoods, large-formal retail, low-rise infill and high-rise housing, and gateways. Guidelines are extensively illustrated and include glossaries.
