The city's design guidelines provide consistent and comprehensive design guidance for development and redevelopment within the city. Chapters provide design guidelines for downtown public urban spaces, single-family and two-family residential, multifamily residential, downtown development, commercial, special use (e.g., vehicle dealerships, drive-throughs, mini-storage, etc.), industrial, parking structures, historic structures, signage, and public art.
