Design Review

The city's design guidelines apply to all new construction or remodeling of structures. They address site planning, landscaping, building design, and utilitarian aspects for single-family, multifamily, commercial, and industrial development, and provide special standards for mixed use projects, big-box retail, vehicle dealerships, service stations, religious and educational facilities, corporate architecture and drive-throughs, and hotels and motels. The document includes a glossary and is extensively illustrated with photographs and diagrams.
