Design Review

The town's design guidelines were developed to assist in the implementation of the comprehensive plan and zoning law. The guide lists applicable town goals from the comprehensive plan that shaped the design guidelines, which focus on preserving the town's rural character. Guidelines are provided for rural areas, nonresidential development, and hamlets. The guide also addresses SEQR guidelines and thresholds.
