Design Review

These design guidelines are used by the county's Site Plan and Architectural Review Board for site development and exterior building elements. The guide describes applicability and the application and review processes for different types of development. Extensive guidelines are provided for single-family detached dwellings, commercial/industrial development, and planned development zones.
