These design guidelines for the central business mixed use district were created to implement recommendations within the comprehensive plan for designated strategic growth areas within the city. Design guidelines address site design, building mass anddesign, form and roofline, building entrances, architectural features, materials and colors, signage and lighting, and outdoor spaces and amenities.
