Design Review

These extensive design guidelines were created by the Town Center Owners Association, a nonprofit corporation founded to administer design standards and guidelines within the town center area; this review process is conducted in addition to federal, state, and county review. The guide provides detailed information on the review process. Design standards and guidelines address all development in the town center generally, and additional standards and guidelines are provided for the commercial core, neighborhood commercial properties, and single- and multifamily residential areas within the town center.
