Design Review

These design guidelines were created to assist the town's Design Review Team in reviewing project applications within the town's Town Center District and overlay Incentive Housing Zone to direct development and redevelopment in these zones to incorporate quality design within a human scale, pedestrian-oriented, and walkable environment. The guidelines address site and architectural design, and provide additional standards for building additions. The guide also includes a glossary.
