Design Review

These town design standards were created for use by town staff, the Visual Resources Review Board, and the planning commission to help implement the town's comprehensive plan and zoning ordinance; design review is required for new commercial, office, public, and multifamily construction, as well as certain redevelopment projects and land disturbance. The guide provides site design and building design guidelines for the town, as well as additional guidelines for specific subareas and signs. The guidelines are illustrated and laid out in a user-friendly format.
