These design guidelines for commercial development highlight small-town character and Southwestern design and apply to new commercial construction and renovation proposals. The guidelines address site design, architecture, landscape, lighting, and signage. The guide also provides separate design guidelines for big box retail, gas stations and convenience stores, and restaurants, as well as an illustrated "design dictionary."
