Design Review

These design guidelines establish general design criteria and mandatory minimum development standards for industrial development within the city, and are used by staff and the planning commission in PUD development plan review for industrial projects. The guide lists desirable and undesirable elements of industrial project design. Guidelines address site planning, vehicular circulation and parking, pedestrian and bicycle circulation, architectural design, landscape design, fences and walls, signs, and lighting.
