Small Wireless Facilities and Wireless Facilities in the ROW

This staff report includes a brief recommendation from the director of public works to adopt this ordinance clarifying and imposing additional requirements for encroachment permits for the installation of telecommunication facilities in the county right-of-way, allowing the county to better control the installation and design of wireless antennas and equipment throughout its jurisdiction.
