Small Wireless Facilities and Wireless Facilities in the ROW

This city policy addresses the site and architectural design of DAS network facilities in the public right-of-way. Standards address location, height, and equipment type and design. Such installations are subject to administrative architecture and site approval.  A right-of-way agreement is required for facility installations, which must include lease rate provisions or equivalent compensation.
