Small Wireless Facilities and Wireless Facilities in the ROW
The city's zoning code defines "communication small cell" (§13-601.D). For these facilities, a site plan and application with specified information is required for administrative review. The code provides a number of locational and aesthetic standards that must be met for administrative approval, including special requirements for building and pole-mounted small cells (§13-602.B.8).
Food Systems | Urban Agriculture
The city’s zoning ordinance addresses urban agriculture. A section establishing cluster development lists agricultural and horticultural uses, including raising crops, grazing of livestock, and agricultural buildings and structures, as a permitted use on designated conservation lands, as well as neighborhood open space uses such as community gardens (§6-2205). Active agricultural land with farm buildings may be used to meet the minimum requirements for conservation land.
