Small Wireless Facilities and Wireless Facilities in the ROW

The county code's Public Roadways and Parks title includes a chapter on Roadway Use Regulations that addresses permits for installation of telecommunications facilities in the public right-of-way (§12.08.205). Provisions address application requirements, public notice, fees and payments for use of the PROW, installation and design standards, and operation and maintenance standards.
