Downtown Revitalization

The city’s zoning code designates a Downtown District overlay to promote a mix of land uses that encourage a live/work/play downtown environment (§28.880). District standards address use permissions, building design specifications, infill lots, parking and access, signage, public spaces, and street furnishings (§28.880.6 et seq).

Shared Mobility

The city’s codified ordinance contains regulations for shared mobility services. It requires a permit for shared mobility services (§25-299) and presents restrictions for the use of shared mobility devices on sidewalks (§25-298). The code also presents requirements for shared mobility signage and parking areas (§28-1115).
