Environmentally Sensitive Areas

This model ordinance provides a template for cities and counties in Georgia draft conservation subdivision design regulations to protect sensitive natural resources. It identifies floodplains, wetlands, streams, steep slopes, woodlands, and wildlife habitats as sensitive natural resources. It contains the following provision sections: purposes, general regulations, application requirements, and open space.
