The city’s business licenses and regulations code (§5.26) addresses mobile vending in the public right-of-way (§5.26.050) and on private property (§5.26.70). The municipal code also covers definitions, applicability, general requirements, and violations related to mobile vending.

Green Building

The city’s municipal code requires Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for all new development within a certain zoning district and of a certain size. It requires all new development in the MP District equal to or greater than 10,000 square feet attain a minimum of LEED Certified certification (§19.29.130).
