Integrated Water Resource Management

The City of Surprise’s Integrated Water Master Plan is designed to provide a long-term guidance to ensure that the city’s water supply strategy is able to keep pace with population growth.  It addresses drinking water, wastewater, reclaimed water, and groundwater recharge infrastructure. The plan includes projections of water resources demand and potential future water supply and includes strategies to address these needs.  These include a water management strategy, a water demand/supply balance strategy, and a water resource management strategy.
