Tiny Houses and Micro-Apartments

The city's zoning code defines and regulates tiny houses on foundations as a distinct type of dwelling. It defines a "tiny house" as a single-family detached residence with 140–700 ft². Tiny houses are a distinct use component in the city's modular (composite) zoning code, subject to standards addressing lot size, design, and parking (§III.11).
