Transit-Oriented Development

This report reviews existing research on transit-oriented development (TOD) and parking and presents a series of TOD parking recommendations for local governments. Individual sections summarize studies to date, present a matrix of recommended regulatory and design parking practices, and include parking regulations from metropolitan Austin, Texas.
