This document provides model comprehensive plan language and development regulations to help cities and counties in Florida support transit-oriented development (TOD). Model plan language addresses the objective of establishing multimodal transportation districts and includes multiple policy statements to guide future development and investments in these areas. Model development regulations address general requirements, land use, street network and connectivity, traffic calming, parking, transit facilities, pedestrian facilities, bicycle facilities, amenities and design, application for development, and incentives.
