Transit-Oriented Development

This plan presents a series of recommendations to guide policy, design, and public investments related to stormwater infrastructure along a new light-rail line. The organizing principle is a “shared stacked-function green infrastructure” (SSGI) approach that tries to optimize environmental, economic, and social benefits of green infrastructure investments to manage stormwater along a transit corridor.
