Transit-Oriented Development

This plan details a vision and strategy to guide public investments and development around a light rail station. The station area includes a mix of small-scale auto-oriented commercial and low-density residential uses. The plan envisions substantial intensification to create a pedestrian-oriented neighborhood center. Plan elements include a land use and design concept plan, circulation concept plan, and open space and trails concept plan.
