Transit-Oriented Development

This plan details a vision and strategy to guide public investments and development around a heavy rail station. It includes extensive policy recommendations to transform an auto-oriented commercial district into a new pedestrian-oriented suburban downtown. Individual elements address land use, economic prosperity, transportation and mobility, natural environment, housing and neighborhoods, community heritage and design, healthy communities, public facilities, and parks and recreation. It also includes an accompanying zoning amendment to help implement plan recommendations.
