Transit-Oriented Development

This plan includes a vision and strategy to guide public investments and development along a commuter rail corridor. The corridor includes a mix of large-format retail, office, and institutional uses. The plan envisions substantial intensification and infrastructure investments to establish distinct neighborhood centers around two commuter rail stations. Plan sections include introduction, existing conditions, objectives, circulation, land use and zoning, community character and design guidelines, and implementation.
