This state code establishes the classification of state lands on the basis of severity of fire hazards present. It aims to help the public officials to mitigate and prevent the wildfire risk. It states requirements pertaining to construction design and building materials, development of defensible spaces, brush management, fuel management, open space conservation, and community engagement.
