Scenic View Protection

This functional plan provides an inventory of scenic resources along the Route 112 corridor and provides recommendations to protect scenic areas. Chapter 2 (Franklin and Hampshire) describes qualities of the corridor and is followed by a review of natural features along the corridor in Chapter 3 (Franklin and Hampshire). Chapter 9 provides goals to preserve the scenic character of the corridor, including encouraging design standards and guidelines that are compatible with the area and providing tools for landowners to preserve land.
