This subarea plan details a comprehensive strategy to guide development and public investments in three adjacent neighborhoods. Individual sections provide an introduction to the plan and address land use, housing, and urban design; local economic development and employment opportunities; transportation safety and efficiency; parks, recreation, and open space; community health and wellness; and adoption and implementation.
